When Anna's body falls out of the closet, it's obvious that her eyes are fixed on one point, thus moving her eyeballs upwards as she falls. After she was exhumed, her eyes were replaced by prosthetic ones that were fixed, thus preventing movement. She obviously couldn't keep her real eyes still.
