This short 30 minute documentary tells us of the history of man with cats their
special relationship. If dogs are man's best friend than cats are man's special friend.
Narrated by Glenn Ford, we hear about the ancient worship of cats by the Egyptians, the black plague of the Middle Ages and how cats are the unsung
heroes who killed the rat carriers. And noted cat movie stars like Felix The Cat
and Tom with his partner Jerry the Mouse.
Of course this sets the stage for that most celebrated of cats and promoter of
Fancy Feast cat food Morris.
All and all this program is a feline lovers delight. And this review is
dedicated to my late friend Jesse Lukasik a real lover of all things feline
during his life.
