José (Alfredo Landa) is the roguish pharmaceutic of Medina de las Azores , he is married to an ex-dancer of musical revista (Africa Pratt), but their marriage is failed because of they have not children , as the doctor tells him he is sterile , resulting his wife as infertile . However , when he stands closed at a castle along with three beautiful girls (Mabel Karr , Josele Roman , Sandra Mozarowsky) things are very different . Thanks to José to be demostrated that the medical knowledges are wrong , at times ; as the three attractive females are pregnant . Later on , José is pursued by the parents (Rafael Alonso , Roberto Camardiel) of the three pregnant girls , then he seeks shelter at the village's brothel run by Madame Rosa (Guadalupe Muñoz Sampedro).
