A portrait of noted dancer Jacques d'Amboise, particularly focused on his work as a children's dance instructor in NYC. There are no great revelations here, this is simply a joyous celebration of dance in its purest form, with no element of competition or elitism whatsoever. D'Amboise's passion for dance is infectious, and it is truly delightful to witness someone with such genuine enthusiasm and the ability to share it with the world. While limited in ambition, this documentary achieves exactly what it sets out to do. A legitimate 'feel-good' documentary.
