Mainly a good work from Portuguese director António Pedro Vasconcellos. A good script and fair performances make this whodunit Portuguese thriller an interesting film.
Lisbon is photographed in a strange moody way, as if its maze of streets and places reflected the inner conflicts of the characters. The editing is effective and builds up an aura of mystery and sexual tension.
