A young punk who is unhappy with his life gets a job as a repossessor of cars whose owners are delinquent in their payments. A car containing a device that may or may not be nuclear has a large (but not life-changing) bounty placed upon it. Hilarity ensues as everyone including this young punk tries to repossess the car.
