Asked about the scene where six students are completely naked in the middle of a typhoon, Yuka Ohnishi said, "I actually wore skin-colored underwear, but even so, it was really tough to have to perform such a scene in the presence of boys during an impressionable teenage period."
School filming took place at Saku City Nakagome Junior High School in Saku City , Nagano Prefecture . The film was shot on location intensively during the summer vacation, and students also participated as extras . All students at the school were given pencils with the words "Typhoon Club Photo Commemoration'' written on them.
