Eliska Balzerová didn't use a body double for her skinny dip nude scene. "I played Mrs. Rozvedcíková with Radek Brzobohatý, who played Rozvedcík. That's when I told the director that I wasn't going to film the nude scene, I was terribly ashamed. And when we were standing by that wonderful ice pool under the rock near Bechyne, they brought a tiny girl with short legs . And I: 'But, Rejzo, this is not my body!' And he: 'But we couldn't find another double at all. Now everyone will think it's you.' So I calmed down and said, 'Mr. Director, if only you and the cameraman were left here, I'm going to get into that water, swim, and get out.' He says, 'Alright, I'll send the whole crew for lunch.' I got in there, climbed out and back again, and by the time we shot it, the whole crew was already having lunch, sitting up on the hillside and having a nice show. I had a stroke," she recalled.
