When Anh is lying on the ground after being fired at by the sniper in the orphanage, Brian runs to her and puts his gun down. The gun makes a hollow, plastic clack on the ground.
About 38 minutes in, when Katherine clears the table to examine the baby, the boom mic is visible in the top left corner. In the same scene when the nun talks to Brian, the boom mic is visible at the top of the shot.
When Brian and Arnh visit the lady at the adoption bureau, he asks 'Ann' to wait in the jeep. A few other times in the movie people referred to her as 'Ann' not 'Anh.'
