Throughout the movie the surf-nazi swastikas are facing different directions. Which also changes the meaning behind the symbol.
In one scene, Mama is shown cutting limbs off a tree with a chainsaw. The saw is a "corded" electric model (cord is visible) but it makes the sounds of a gasoline saw.
When Mengele comes out of the bunker holding his neck, a boom mic is visible.
