The 16th season premiere features fugitives who allegedly used their cars to kill. Included are the stories of a jazz club owner in Detroit who was killed by a drag racer, an accused drunk driver in Arizona who killed a little boy after crashing into a house, and a fugitive wanted out of California for hitting a pickup truck, killing seven young people.
