Rebecca Ferratti was Playboy Playmate of the Month in the June 1986 issue. The magazine saw her in production photos from the movie and asked her to pose. She almost refused but needed the money and a boost to her career. She said the first time she stripped naked for the male photographer, she was terrified. But she got used to it quickly and it was easier from that point on.
Rebecca Ferratti 's stunt double hurt herself early on falling off a horse, so Ferratti convinced the director to let her do her own stunts.
Cannon Films had initially planned to release the film in September of 1987, but the theatrical release was cancelled.
