Anyone who grew up in the 1970s can tell you the story of a lovely lady, who was bringing up three very lovely girls, and a man named Brady, who was busy with three boys of his own. Of course, one day, the lady met this fellow, and the rest is TV history. When Carol Martin (Florence Henderson) married Mike Brady (Robert Reed), all six of their children came together, along with their trusty maid Alice (Ann B. Davis), to become the sitcom family known as "The Brady Bunch."
"The Brady Bunch" is one of the most beloved and memorable sitcoms of all time. The adolescent antics of Greg (Barry Williams), Peter (Christopher McKnight), Bobby (Mike Lookinland), Marcia (Maureen McCormick), Jan (Eve Plumb), and Cindy (Susan Olsen) made for plenty of comedy and drama as the bunch dealt with the trials and tribulations of a blended family, sibling rivalries, growing up,...

More than 50 years ago, a lovely lady and a man named Brady fell in love and got married. The result was The Brady Bunch, the beloved 1970s sitcom about a big blended family. The show aired for five seasons on ABC and earned a second life in syndication. In the process, it made stars of its cast, including Eve Plumb as put-upon middle sister Jan Brady and Barry Williams as oldest Brady son Greg. But what have Plumb, Willams, and the rest of the cast been up to since the show ended? Keep reading for an update on the surviving Brady Bunch cast members and what they’re doing now.

A little over 17 years since the series finale of Friends aired, the cast is finally reuniting for a special appearing today on HBO Max. But this isn’t like Return to Mayberry or A Very Brady Christmas where he cast appears in character and has a new zany adventure. It’s instead in the style of the recent Fresh Prince of Bel-Air special where everyone returns to the set to share memories, visit with surprise guests, and make a boatload of money promoting the show’s arrival on a new streaming platform.

Update: Fresh off the success of their Hgtv series, Discovery Network has confirmed it will air the special A Very Brady Renovation: Holiday Edition on Dec. 16. But there’s a change of venue. Instead of Hgtv, the show moves to The Food Network.
The six Brady Bunch siblings join Ree Drummond, the star of Food Network’s The Pioneer Woman, and Jasmine Roth, star of Hgtv’s Hidden Potential, to create ‘70s-inspired treats and festive decorations. The special airs on Food Network Dec. 22.
Brady Bunch cast members Barry Williams (Greg), Maureen McCormick (Marcia), Christopher Knight (Peter), Eve Plumb (Jan), Mike Lookinland (Bobby) and Susan Olsen (Cindy) are on board for the special.
“We have remarkable star experts across every area of lifestyle content, so of course we’re inviting Food Network star Ree Drummond to Hgtv’s Brady holiday episode,” said Hgtv president Jane Latman. “Along with Jasmine Roth and the Brady siblings,...

All six former child actors from “The Brady Bunch” were on hand Thursday at the Television Critics Association summer press tour to talk about their new Hgtv show, “A Very Brady Renovation.”
“They paid way to much for this house,” Barry Williams, who played Greg on “The Brady Bunch,” joked.
He was joined by his former co-stars Maureen McCormick (Marcia), Eve Plumb (Jan), Susan Olsen (Cindy), Mike Lookinland (Bobby), and Christopher Knight (Peter), who all participated in renovating the famous “Brady Bunch House” in Studio City, California.
But the truth was, the actors never actually filmed a single scene in the famous Brady house — it was only used in establishing shots of the exterior, while the rest of the show was filmed on a set miles away.

It would be very hard to pick out a single cultural artifact that somehow manages to embody all of Seventies pop culture, but the Brady Bunch’s short-lived variety show would certainly be a strong contender. For those who weren’t watching ABC between November 1976 and May 1977, The Brady Bunch Hour featured the cast of the original show staging elaborate song-and-dance routines mixed in with comedy segments and even domestic scenes of the family in a new home. In a bizarre twist, they did the whole thing in character as...

Florence Henderson has died at age 82. The beloved actress, who was best known for her role as matriarch Carol Brady on The Brady Bunch, passed away from heart failure on Thursday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in La. Her manager Kayla Pressman confirmed the sad news in a statement to AP, saying that "family and friends had surrounded [Florence's] hospital bedside" and that she is survived by her children Barbara, Joseph, Robert, and Lizzie, their respective spouses, and five grandchildren. In addition to starring in every episode of The Brady Bunch from 1969 to 1974, Florence also had guest roles in a handful of TV and movies and made history as the first woman to host The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in 1962. After the Brady Bunch ended their five-year run, Florence revived her role as Carol Brady in multiple spinoffs and specials: The Brady Bunch Variety Hour, The Brady Girls Get Married, The Brady Brides,...

'Tis the season to be slaughtered! We look at 9 of the greatest Santa slasher movies of all time. Because these are a thing.
Sometimes the very term “Christmas movie” can dredge up an overwhelming nausea as paralyzing and blinding as the term “Christmas album.” Sure there are classics like Miracle on 34th Street and Holiday Inn, but for every one of those, you get a double handful of crap like It Happened One Christmas, The Magic Christmas Tree, and A Very Brady Christmas.
Me, I’ve always wanted to re-edit It’s a Wonderful Life, lopping off the prologue in Heaven and running the closing credits as George Bailey is standing on the bridge staring into the dark water below. Then I’d release it as “It’s a Miserable Life.”
Well, it seems I’m not alone in that thinking, and over the years a number...

I am the happiest TV fan in the world. Over the next year or so, we'll be getting a new season of "Twin Peaks," with David Lynch allegedly directing every single episode. And we'll be getting an "X-Files" sequel miniseries, which may well feature both an episode written by the reclusive-but-brilliant Darin Morgan, and a rumored sequel to one of the sickest hours of network television ever, "Home." I am the most annoyed TV fan in the world. Over the next year or so, we'll be getting a "Heroes" sequel series run by the same guy who very quickly ran out of ideas on the original. We'll be getting a "Coach" sequel series that will give Craig T. Nelson the sitcom comeback he didn't get when he passed on the role of Jay on "Modern Family." We'll be getting DJ Tanner and Kimmy Gibbler living together in a "Fuller House,...

Rene Cardona's Santa Claus movie from 1959 is so utterly bizarre that it transcends Christmas.
When the conversation rolls around to bad Christmas movies, there’s of course a broad spectrum from which to choose, Santa Claus (1959) being one of them. Given that nearly every Christmas movie ever made is insufferable to some degree, it’s generally easier, I’ve found, to break things down into categories that stretch from the simply godawful (Jingle All the Way) to the agonizingly painful (A Very Brady Christmas or that Marlo Thomas remake of It’s a Wonderful Life) to the merely baffling (the continued string of Home Alone sequels and reboots).
Of course there are some people who think they can bring the conversation to an abrupt end by pulling out Santa Claus Conquers the Martians as the last word on holiday cinema. There’s simply nothing more to say.

I don’t care who you are, or how much you may try to deny it, ABC Family‘s 25 Days of Christmas is on your list of holiday traditions. There’s something for everyone throughout the season, and many of the best holiday shows and movies pop up at some point.
Now, the romantic holiday fare that ABC Family has become known for may not be for everyone, but one thing is undeniable, if these (I think admittedly) cheesy flights of fancy are for you, your plate is full.
If you enjoy titles in the general genre made up by such entries as Santa Baby, Holiday in Handcuffs, or 12 Dates of Christmas, you have a lot of options coming your way. This may well be capped off this year by the potential King of all holiday efforts, The Mistle-Tones.
Now I hear your reaction out there, and no, these are...
