In a post nuclear apocalyptic futuristic world, space marine Mo Baxter buys from a nomadic scavenger a robot head, with the intent of giving it to his reclusive girlfriend Jill as a Christmas gift, which Jill can use for her sculptures which she makes from scrap metal. At Jill's apartment in a rundown high rise apartment building, Mo receives a transmission from the scrap merchant dealer Alvy concerning the robot head and asks Mo to meet with him. Mo leaves Jill's Apartment to meet Alvy, but, Mo finds Alvy has been murdered and is horrified to find important information on the robot head that Alvy looked up online and that the robot head is the M.A.R.K. 13, a robot assassin created by the government to eliminate and reduce the world's population as the world's population has become highly overpopulated and that the M.A.R.K. 13 can rebuild itself and Mo realizes Jill's life in great danger and all hell breaks loose when the M.A.R.K. 13 reactivates and rebuilds itself and attacks Jill and goes on a violent rampage in Jill's apartment. As Mo races back to Jill's apartment to save her, a lone and terrified Jill who is trapped in her apartment with no means of escape is forced to fight for her life as the unstoppable M.A.R.K. 13 sets out to complete it's mission and terminate it's target at all costs.

No, the US version is not uncut. A few plot scenes are missing and in order to obtain an r-rating a few cuts had to be made to the scene where a guy is ripped apart. The UK-Version is uncut.
