In the first 20 minutes of the film, while Peter Falk is talking to the antique shop girl in the doorway of her shop, his head is tilted to the left when the camera is facing him. With the camera behind him, his head is suddenly straight up or slightly tilted to his right. This happens twice as he is talking to her. It's minor, but very discernible.
