The school bus has a mechanical stop sign attached to it (the sign is activated when a school bus stops to pick up and drop off children). The automatic stop sign was not patented until 1987 and California made law for new school buses in 1992.
Flashlights used in the holding-pit do not always produce visible beams on nearby walls, etc even though they are visibly turned on. Perhaps this is due to white-LED "imitation-glow" lenses used on the flashlights.
Camera does not flash when first photo of the getaway-vans' tire-tracks is taken.
