Abused wife of a mobster, who runs a luxury brothel, tries to get the insurance investigator, hired by her ex-lover to track her down, to help her kill her husband and get the insurance money.

Jack Nietsche is a hardened ex-con who now works as an insurance investigator for Anaconda Casualty Company, a casualty insurance firm run by Ted Quincy. Quincy's ex-lover is Roxie, now wife to godfather Tony Falcone. In a huge mix-up/double-cross, Roxie plots with Jack to get rid of Falcone and Quincy, one an abusive husband, the other a demented role playing ex-lover, and run away with Jack. Jack Nietzche (Nick Cassavetes) is a hard-boiled ex-con who's just landed a job as an insurance investigator. His first assignment: find Roxanne Flowers (Deborah Shelton), an exotic dancer who filed a claim years ago. Through a network of pimps and hookers Jack finally finds his girl. But things don't turn out as planned, and before Jack knows it he finds himself at the center of Roxy's past sins - sins that get played out one dangerous night when passion runs hot and desire sizzles.
