Dirk and Annie arrive in Spain for their second honeymoon. When Dirk bumps into former neighbor Linda, Annie gets extremely jealous. Linda's husband Bob is too busy complaining about everything under the sun to notice anything.

Dirk pretends to be an expert on bull fighting even though he gets ill at the sight of blood. During dinner he fails to stand up for his wife when she gets into an argument with the bullfighter 'El Macho' himself.

Linda is delighted to find a praying mantis on her hotel room wall. Annie thinks Linda is like a praying mantis herself, always practicing yoga and constantly making Dirk's head spin with every move.

At a Spanish market place, Dirk buys a shawl for Linda using Annie's money and sell his watch at a profit. Thinking Dirk pawned his watch to buy her a shawl Annie is touched and cons some tourist into buying her ring so she can get Dirk's watch back. But then she finds out the shawl was meant for Linda. Meanwhile Bob has bought Linda a shawl as well.

Annie is certain that Dirk is having an affair with Linda, but has no proof. Bob suspects that Linda is seeing someone but falls for her ruse pointing towards a Frenchman instead of Dirk. Linda devises a code involving towels on her balcony to signal to Dirk when the coast is clear.

Bob has seen through Dirk's lies about being the manager of an important firm, but still hasn't a clue about Dirk's feelings from Linda. Annie walks in on Linda and Dirk as they share their first kiss.

Dirk & Linda want to go away together and leave Annie & Bob. Bob aims to fight Dirk man to man while Annie frames Dirk with stealing hotel property.

After his trouble with the law, Dirk ends up on his own, wearing one of Annie's dresses. He manages to acquire a waiters uniform and uses it to sneak back into his room where Annie and Linda are making their peace.

Dirk is certain he'll win big at the casino using his own formula. Linda is impressed by his confidence but Annie remains skeptical. Bob is following a calculating Chinese man's every move at the same table.

A young married couple has checked into the hotel and both Dirk & Annie and Bob & Linda are intend on giving hem advise. But when Dirk and Linda claim to be a couple, it leads to misunderstandings later on.

Linda is starstruck when actor Wilbert Gieske arrives at the hotel. But Wilbert is more interested in Annie instead.

Dirk is shocked to find his slimy ex-colleague from Rubelco, Kees Mol staying at the same hotel. Kees is constantly snapping pictures with his Polaroid camera, including one of Dirk kissing Linda.

Both couples are packing their bags on the last night of their holiday, but Dirk and Linda sneak away to meet one last time at Pedro's bar.
