When the woman gets shot in her car through the driver's window, the window breaks before the bad guy pulls the trigger.
When Garret shoots Hassan, the pistol in Hassan's hand flies out of it, but after Hassan crashes through the window, we see that he's still holding the weapon.
The movie is set in Seattle. However, partway through the scene where Brogan is in Marco's car with a couple of his goons, a steam clock whistles. The clock is in Vancouver.
