In the final scene where Max and Nora are talking at the restaurant, their hairstyles change mid-conversation.
After Max leaves the bachelor party (the second time) in his Volvo he is alone in the car. But in a drive by shot there is clearly someone sitting in the front passenger seat.
Nora has on natural-colored hosiery before leaving for the Thanksgiving dinner but upon arrival has on black hosiery. In actuality, we never see Nora's hosiery before she arrives at the party so this cannot be a goof.
In the beginning of the movie, when Max drives Nora home from the bar where they met, he makes a 180 turn from the place on the street where he had parked but this is before Nora tells him how to get to where she lives. How could Max have known that he had to turn around from the parking spot to head toward Nora's house? Of course, it could be possible that the road he was parked on led to nowhere and he had to do a 180 to get back onto the main road.
When Nora first visits Max's place, the boom Mic can be seen reflected. On the bookcase there is a framed photograph, the boom is reflected in it and can be seen moving to follow the conversation.
