At the mall after leaping off the string of balloons, the white powder on the back on his jacket disappears after sliding across a powdery floor.

The right headlight of the red truck driven by Alex is present/is not present between shots.

During the final showdown in the mall, after shooting up the place and destroying almost everything, when Alex jumps off the carrousel to confront the final bad guys, a lot of civilian shoppers can be seen, walking casually around like nothing is going on (even a mother with her daughter walk right by all the action without seeming to care one bit, even though there are supposedly dead bodies and bullet holes everywhere).

During Alex's stunts on the high-rise building with the helicopter attacking, his support cable is visible several times, noticeable during his first fall. Also, when he drops to the window-washer outrigger, his support cable and a camera he's wearing can be clearly seen, most evident in the window reflection.

When the SUV lands in a pile of randomly scattered barrels, in two separate shots you can see the camera come out and skid across the floor.
