Fox Hunt barely qualifies as a game and fails when called a movie. The plot is too over the top in terms of obnoxious characters and attempts to parody always come off painfully forced. The actors are universally terrible and the main character is particularly stupid.
You play an idiot savant master of TV trivia who has to has to try and stop a Soviet spy from destroying LA. The main character is an obvious ripoff of Ace Ventura and the story is basically lifted from any spy film and had the story removed of most drama and action. You do silly things like ride a rocket powered wheelchair through a hospital and fight a series of hookers in Las Vegas, and somehow neither of these tasks are fun.
The controls are the most basic of basics. You move through the world one screen at a time with the directional pad and just randomly hammer the Use key to collect stuff. If you have the right item at the right time in the story you use the object, if not you DIE and have barely any clue as to why. The "fight" mode is even weaker as you have no assurance what your attacks will do or if they will be effective. Be prepared to have your ass kicked constantly.
Basically, the game is garbage and the world has thankfully forgotten it. Do the same and be happy.

I'm the producer of both the video game and movie Fox Hunt. It was the first ever movie actually created utilizing footage from the interactive game, although we shot some additional footage to complete the movie. (The game actually had about 5 1/2 hours of footage because of the multiple branches and endings).
Unfortunately, the movie was not released in the United States due to some rights issues. It was shot under the SAG interactive contract and we reached a compromise that allowed for the movie to be sold internationally. I know there were video and DVD versions released in many foreign countries including the Australia, the UK, etc.
As the producers, we still hold the Internet rights so if there was ever enough interest we could also release it there.
