Once Upon A Time In A Triad Society 2 (1996) is a sequel (in name only) to the Francis Ng star vehicle. This time around, Francis stars as a low level triad who's trying to stop the two biggest triad gangs in town from starting a war. The police are patrolling the streets waiting for the violence to erupt. Roy Cheung co-stars as Dinosaur, a street harden triad who's noble in battle. His stature and persona impress Francis very much. He wishes he could be like him. But as tension rise between the two waring factions, can Francis and the boys keep the peace or will they erupt into a vicious street war? Will the cops round up the gang members and have a long night filling out paper work? Pick up a copy of Once Upon A Time In A Triad Society 2 and find out!!
Not as violent as the first film nut it's just as good. It's interesting to see Francis Ng play such a variety of roles. He's one of the most highly underrated actors in the business today.
