      Was originally intended to be the second installment in a trilogy of Tales from the Crypt movies, but the proposed third movie was scrapped by Universal when Bordello of Blood bombed at the box offices.
    • Goofs
      When Guttman is fighting Caleb, the blu-ray or DVD allow viewers to clearly see Vincent and McCutcheon walking in the background since they just arrived at the power plant and are seen moments later with Catherine. Originally it was unclear on TV and VHS copies and it appeared to be a crew member. Now viewers can see it's not a goof.

    Who doesn't like a good piece of cheese?

    Let's face it...this was a B-movie, Universal just put some more money into it. They massacred the vampire lore, but since this is a B-movie, it doesn't matter. Dennis Miller is hilarious as always; and what cheesy horror flick is genuine without Corey Feldman. The only discrepancy I have with this movie are the Cryptkeeper segments. They were just a remake of a Cryptkeeper segment from a TV episode. The only difference was that William Sadler was dressed up as the mummy instead of the Grim Reaper (a reprisal of his role in "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey").
