When the journalist from the Charlotte Tribune, Mike Ibarra, introduces himself to Nell, he pronounces his last name "E-bear-a." When Ibarra introduces himself to Jerome Lovell just seconds later, he pronounces his last name "E-bar-a."

(at around 14 mins) The depth of the water Jerry is in changes.

Nell pronounces Jerry as "Jay/Jae" she should have used his named correctly because she was not physical speech impairment , her distorted language was due to way she learned the language from due to her mother's aphasia and hence the twin speak she developed with her sister. Any new word or name she would have heard would have been pronounced as such since she was not mentally challenged or autistic even.

(at around 12 mins) Nell swims in the nude, but when on the shore and dancing, she has on underwear.
