My two friends and I rented this film, expecting a bad movie. We were not disappointed. I usually find the good sides in movies, but this one was lacking. It contains some of the worst acting I have ever seen (Sara, Miranda, Jamie Z., the New Age son. . .) and terrible writing. . . a few jokes were good, but the rest fell completely flat. The love story, of the uptight, nerdy chick, and the rebellious rock star is incredibly contrived, relying on Jamie Z's (who was cast for looks, and NOT acting) massive stupidity. The only redeeming factors were the hitman ("If I eat any more roots and twigs, I'll s*** a nest!") and (surprisingly few) moments of nudity. One of these is a girl walking topless, slow-motion from a hot tub, in a scene that is absolutely worthless, which pretty much sums up the movie.
No this is not a sequel to the a few decades later released Sex Pot movie (which I have not seen yet). But that does not stop German distributors from (re)naming the movie! Well why not, right? But then again, why? No seriously: Why would one do that? On the other hand the movie does need as much attention as is possible to get some viewing audience.
It is 80s and it looks that way. The two lead actors may be the best thing about this and even they are not anywhere near really being good. I guess if you have a flair for that hair - I just made that up. No I did not invent - I think! I'm just saying, since I don't use a script with my reviews and riff off things, this came to my mind while writing. And to be truthful (and maybe not as humble as I usually am), this may be better than anything in the movie. Missing P(l)ot or not ... another one for you! You're welcome!

OK, I know that most ladies would probably avoid a title like "Sorority House Party" like the proverbial plague. That would be a mistake, because this is a fun, sexy movie custom made for us.
The gorgeous male model Attila plays Jamie Z., a rock star who is the victim of an attempted murder plot. He's also comically 'kidnapped' by a fan named Alex, with whom he eventually becomes involved.
I liked the way that Jamie bypassed the glamorous, Playboy-type models found at Alex' sorority house in favor of her, a wholesomely pretty, hardworking, intelligent young woman. Their scenes together are both sweet and sizzling hot; I also enjoyed Alex' interaction with her best friend, a tough-talking party girl who adds a 'Thelma and Louise' element to the proceedings.
As other reviewers have noted, a few of the supporting players might have caught a few more acting lessons before participating. But I thought that the two leads brought their characters to life very well, making for a fun romance we ladies can enjoy.

This is a mindless romantic comedy, but I had a lot of fun with it. It ain't the best in its genre, but it's not the worst. Looks like it wasn't made for a whole lot of money, but it's, well, fun!!! Good job all the way around.
