In Japan a special Extended Edition was released on Laserdisc that features more than 10 minutes of new footage that hasn't been released anywhere. Some character expositions are more detailed and the movie is a bit more explicit in terms of violence. In exchange the original ending was edited and the final scene at the bus is missing.
