There was one kid in this who stains my memory. They called him 'the prince of the ground.' People kept finding him staring at the water in toilets. Every SinGle DAY of this show he'd stare at 2 low quality pictures of the moon (one showing the entire moon, the other showing a close up of its surface) as he walked passed a circle of 12 kids who were sharing their thoughts.
Cody Miller (Jamie Elman) is a cartoon drawing student at Thomas A. Edison High School. He is enchanted by new girl Emily Roberts (Nicole Lyn) who convinces him to start a school newspaper. The arrogant Victor Kane (Miklos Perlus) and his photographer sidekick Flash Albright (Jessica Goldapple) already have a school paper. Cody and his friends, Chris Sheppard (Ross Hull), fashionista Mags Abernathy (Kate McIninch), ladykiller Romeo Carter (Mark Taylor), and klutzy Grace Vasquez (Victoria Sanchez), have to share the paper with them. After Emily, Cody would date Grace, Holly Benson (Katheryn Winnick), and finally Kim McLoud (Jennifer Finnigan).
This is a Canadian tween show in the style of Saved by the Bell. The kids are eminently nice and cute. The show is bright and quirky. Cody and Emily are a bit bland as the lead couple. Grace is a much better and nicer fit. Her departure does create instability. I thought that Flash would be a good fit for Cody's next girlfriend. They seem to be grooming her for a bigger emotional role. Instead, they added Kim played by the super adorable Finnigan. It's not bad but that's three similar characters as his girlfriends. This lasted three solid seasons which is fair for a high school show.

This is a teen sitcom I honestly miss. Where I live, it was shown at 6 a.m. on Saturday mornings, so I would have to wake up earlier than usual to tune in. And I did! This teen sitcom was better than practically all of that T-NBC junk on the air now. The show had a talented cast, clever (and realistic) dialogue, originality (the comic scenes are uproarious), and reality. For a teen sitcom, it surprisingly had teenagers acting the way modern teenagers really do, not like little kids in teenagers' (actually, 20-somethings') bodies. A great teen sitcom that just could not find its place on television.

This show was so good.
There are a lot of eye candy girls in this show. All the cast of girls make you feel a lil excited just watching their young bodies.
Season 1 was more fun and teenagerish.
Season 2 and 3 became a drama soap opera with some fun spots. It had lost its charm of season 1. Many characters of season 1 unfortunately were axed off from further episodes.
The animation transitions were funny as hell. It was very unique.
Student Bodies was about early-mid 20 year olds playing teenagers. Season 1 was about day to day funny stuff. Season 2 and 3 became about romance and serious subjects like dad trouble, sex, breast size and college.
Student Body gave out good vibes. It was a good damn show.
Verdict: Short lived but damn its iCONIC.

Pretty bad acting and writing but the show is just a low budget kids show so you get what you pay for and what you should expect. Better than many, not as good as many others.

I simply love this show and never miss it since I discovered how GOOD it is. Not always realistic, but sometimes it REALLY is. The balance between the real actors and their cartoon equivalents is great. I was really surprised to find out it was filmed in my hometown, MONTREAL! Way to go!

I really like this series, and it shows that there are people with worse problems than yours! Great concept, and the acting is good as well. It's surprising that all of the people on this show are actually over 20, but play 16-17 year old kids! I wish it was still going!

for a half-hour show that deals with teens in and at school, this one actually has humor and truth to it... unlike saved by the bell and all the other useless 30 min teen 'fashion' shows that are produced and re-produced in the US, this one (made in Canada) is actually interesting without having that sick candy taste of a feeling... the truth and humor are helped by actual decent acting, which is pretty rare of tv shows, let alone 30 min ones that deal with teens... im also glad to say it's filmed in canada, my only problem with it is, it seems that the show is set somewhere in the US, and that takes away from an accomplishment for the Can producers and writers of the show, they should have kept it Can. all the way, oh well, cant be 10/10 all the time, its at least an 8...
I love "Student Bodies," it's one show I make sure to watch everyday. Even though they stopped making new episodes two years ago it's still interesting. The acting is great and the character interaction is even better. The show deals with real teenage/high school issues very well, but still puts in those humorous, sometimes ridiculous moments too. The mix of animation really compliments the plot and gives a good insight into Cody's(main character) thoughts. I hope to see these actors go on to bigger and better things because they're a good bunch of kids. A good Canadian show, who knew.
I think this show is fairly good! Well acted and a good script. Good thing to watch right after school!!! It makes you feel better knowing that they are going through worse problems than you!
