I was enjoying this movie, but then the ending kinda ruined it. I was surprised by what happened, but not in a good way.

Out of Control

Sean Young played it well and kept the film watchable throughout. &#39;7&#39;, with caveats, for the storyline, for Young&#39;s and Conti&#39;s acting, and for Heitmeyer&#39;s support. Surprisingly however, this was a study in Young&#39;s portrayal of cold-hearted depravity. Lena, the character we had grown to like, treated Eddie so disparagingly after her ruse had run its course. It was unfathomably cold to walk away as he was dying. Apparently after being hardened by a life that wallowed underground, she had already lost all shred of humanity. How brilliant (Not) was driving a car into the edge of a lake with a dead body in it? Did Eddie think that that car would never be found? Then there was the straight up stupidity of Lena and Eddie killing a guy just because they assumed he was a cop. First degree murder of a cop.. Nobody willingly does that. And why go to so much trouble to kill the guy by locking him up in an empty barn with a deadly car that would not shut off? After their various misdeeds, Lena had turned Eddie into someone that he himself would have never recognized, simply for the sake of his love for Lena. She never even said goodbye as he laid dying from a grievous knife wound.

Basicly, a typical B movie with plot defects, spotty execution, and a conclusion that seemed to be thrown together as an afterthought,  I still found this a pleasurable film to watch.  Tom Conte was wonderful, with a very believable representation.  Sean Young nicely graced the screen without an excess of histrionics, which is always a relief in B movies.  I watched it twice.

Tom conti, a scotsman tries to impersonate an italian from new york city and fails miserably but he practically drools over sean young when she shows up at his remote cafe and he wasn&#39;t the only one drooling at her beauty ... its hard to believe the guy tracking her has such good luck
