Tony Wright returns as Slim Callaghan in this movie about spies trying to purchase or grab a tape containing a waltz which is coded with an Important Secret from a nuclear laboratory. Of course the authorities decide to send in Wright, who seduces women, gets in comic fights, and winds up puttering around the Mediterranean coast with beautiful Magdali Vendeuil.
It's based on Peter Cheney's 1941 novel, IT COULDN'T MATTER LESS, which would have been a good title for this film from Willy Rozier. Rozier was a successful writer-director of cheap films, but there's never any depth to them, nor did he try to pretend otherwise. As a result if you go into this maguffin hunt not expecting much, you won't be disappointed in a decent second feature.
