In various parts of the Crow building, signs can be seen for "Crow Research And Production," which as an acronym spells out "CRAP."
A 57 T-Bird is an actual drink: it's a 1/2 oz. of Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz. amaretto, 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier, with splashes of orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine.

The game Miles is playing on the computer is the original DOOM, which was released in 1993. DOOM, along with its predecessor Wolfenstein 3-D (made by the same company), popularized the first-person shooter genre and helped pioneer 3D graphics. By 1999, however, it was already very outdated.
