Maria Pia Luzi said she didn't want to do the scene in bed with Martial Boschero, because it was too racy, but director Alberto Cavallone (who was her husband in real life) convinced her: "That scene got me into a crisis with cinema, to the point of quitting to take an interest in painting and writing. It bothered me to have done it at my husband's request and together with a friend like Martial. I didn't feel free on the set with Alberto, because I couldn't discuss his choices in front of the other members of the crew. In order not to put him in a bad light, I ended up keeping quiet and accepting his decisions."
