It's also available on the Superman Ultimate Collector's Edition (2006) (V) Disc 13. It is included with two other Warner Bros. cartoons that make reference to Superman:

Note that the Private Snafu cartoons are all in the public domain, which means any distributor can legally sell copies without paying royalties. Beware. Some small distributors market copies of public domain films with poor picture and sound. Others are more reputable and deliver excellent material. Shop around.
