For a change this movie has a bright chirpy heroine who wears colourful sarees and has a happy ending . Usually movies by big directors are broody .
Zarina is good eye candy slim and svelte . She returns back to her sister's house all depressed and sad . She has lost the love of her life .
Her sister ( a cute homely chubby ) Lalitha is carrying their first child and is all affection and love towards her.
Both Lalitha and her husband Gopi try their best to help her .
When she is healing she gets introduced to Venu , her BIL ( Gopi's ) co worker.
A couple of duets later, as they decide to marry each other, he introduces her to his mother Bhavani . She is likable in her short cute comedy role of a shrewish mother . She dislikes her for some reason and refuses to accept this relation. Venu , the dutiful prodigal son is unable to offend his mother and keeps stalling Zarina .
Slowly she notices that Gopi is lusting after her. She maintains her distance as she does not want to hurt her innocent sister.
Unsure about where to go and what to do she decides to leave accepting her destiny .
Finally there is a confrontation between Venu and Gopi.
Lalitha comes to know and accepts back her husband who is now repentant .
Venu and Zarina unite . The movie is shot in the back ground of railways and trains .
A couple of nice hummable songs are thrown in .
Over all a fine movie .
