Before he took up acting Shunsuke Takasugi who stars as Oki, Kazuya/Kamen Rider Super-1 was a singer. While he is not the first Kamen Rider lead actor to sing the opening theme song of his own series (that was Hiroshi Fujioka, who was the original singer on the first Kamen Rider series theme song) but he is the first to sing both the opening theme song and the (first) ending theme song of his own series, plus six other songs from the series. The second ending theme song plus two other insert songs were recorded by Ichiro Mizuki.
