A fascinating movie! I was amazed by the lives of these two cousins, born after WWII dealing with the war's presence in their family. An incredible movie, I saw it twice. Would have seen it more if time had permitted. It left an ever-present mark in my mind, every movie I see is put to comparison with it. I highly recommend it.
This is one of the finest films I have ever seen in my life. It is a beautiful portrayal of childhood friendship, love and loyalty in the midst of very disturbing events. You will love Rivi's strength and heart! Although the subject matter of this film is disturbing, it does not leave you with a negative feeling. If you have a chance to see this movie, I would highly recommend it. You will never forget it.
