The Road House remake's streaming success trumps all, securing the top spot with 2.3 million household views in just three days. Boasting a new twist with retired UFC fighter Dalton in the Florida Keys, Jake Gyllenhaal shines in the lead role. The major streaming viewership comes in the wake of controversies regarding this release plan, with director Doug Liman being very vocal over his disappointment with it.
While its release plan drew much backlash from director Doug Liman, the Road House remake's streaming viewership numbers have proven to be a massive hit.
As revealed by Samba TV (per TheWrap), the Road House remake was the No. 1 streaming title for the first week of its release, surpassing fellow new releases 3 Body Problem on Netflix and the Halo season 2 finale on Paramount+, as well as holdovers The Gentleman, Irish Wish and Damsel on Netflix and Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour on Disney...

Blumhouse's Wolf Man reboot has been delayed to January 17, 2025, nearly three months after its initial October 25, 2024 date. Filming began in New Zealand in March, as revealed in a set photo by director Leigh Whannell. The release date takes over the slot from another Blumhouse film, The Woman in the Yard.
As the long-gestating project finally gets going, Blumhouse has delayed the Wolf Man reboot's release date. After a string of hirings and exits, including original star/story pitcher Ryan Gosling and writer/director Derek Cianfrance, the Universal horror movie reboot got back on track with Leigh Whannell returning to co-write and direct after being previously attached and Christopher Abbott signing on to lead. Abbott is being joined by Ozark's Julia Garner, with whom he previously starred in Martha Marcy May Marlene, and The Handmaid's Tale's Sam Jaeger.

The Signal ranks as the eighth most popular TV show on Netflix in the U.S. for the week of March 4 – 10. The limited series beats out Hot Wheels Let's Race and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but falls short of titles like The Tourist and Furies. The Signal has not been widely reviewed by critics, but has earned mostly poor reviews from audiences.
The Signal, a sci-fi miniseries, has nabbed a spot in Netflix's top 10 list in the U.S. Releasing onto the service on March 7, The Signal stars Florian David Fitz as Sven, the husband of a missing astronaut who balances his quest to uncover the truth about his wife while dealing with the struggles of being a single father. The German language show hasn't been widely reviewed by critics, but the audience reception has been generally poor, with the show holding a 35% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
