Excelent portrait of a group of "chantas" with great heart

With an amazing lead performance by Norberto Aroldi, the story portrays the misadventures of a group of "chantas", men of the lower class who come together to carry out petty crimes and get on with life. But unlike other similar stories, the emphasis is not on the robberies and their results, but on inquire the heart and soul of these men who have been left on the margins of life, abandoned to their fate and with no possibility of return. Great photography, excellent acting, and well-crafted dialogues make this an endearing and enjoyable film.
