Another early Chinese martial arts flicks that hit big

The literal translation of the title of this movie is: Female Peking Opera Singer's revenge.

What is unique about this martial arts flick is that in contrast to other martial arts flick of its time, the protagonist in this movie is actually a Peking opera singer, not martial arts experts. What this movie is similar to other martial arts flick of its time is the fact that a Peking Opera singer also needs martial arts training, and this training is adequate enough for them to be an equal match for the martial arts professionals. Don't forget, Jackie Chan was a Peking Opera singer since a young boy and the martial arts training he received was what makes him a huge action star.
