Plot

After the discovery of two murders, Commissioner Chabrier, of the French secret services, is investigating the disappearance of plans affecting the national defense of the country robbed by a gang of international spies.

The leader of a gang, hidden behind an honorable facade, is betrayed by a subordinate who steals plans concerning national defense from him. The Surveillance of the Territory sets in motion, a juvenile couple gets involved, the women spy and are punished there are prosecutions, assassinations, scenes of dementia.
