A high school teen boy and girl who both are in the Kendo club and practice together, finally realize they are attracted to each other. But after a couple of dates as they begin to get serious the girl discovers the boy is a bit of a pervert. She moves on to another boy but keeps the first around to dominate and humiliate him.
The story synopsis listed here on IMDB and elsewhere, says they get into S&M games. S&M stands for sadomasochism which includes pain and/or torture but there is none of that. Instead it's more of a Dominant and submissive. I will also mention there is no real nudity and the few sex scenes are not explicit at all. This really does not qualify as a Nikkatsu Roman Porno or even Pink Eiga.
The movie itself focuses mainly on three characters and their relationships between them. I found myself drawn in quickly. The acting is excellent. Tsumugi who plays the female lead is outstanding and contributed a lot to making this film work. You never know where the story or characters are going next which I like.
There is a couple of things towards the end of the film that are left unexplained. Maybe a scene or two was deleted or a script change. Other than that this is one of those movies you just watch and enjoy. Highly recommended.
