The concept is creepy, but the acting is good. Too bad the movie seems to take forever. Erik Bennett does an excellent job in his role as the brother. He's very convincing and likeable even though the thought of siblings together is a tough one to stomach.
When I watched this movie I thought that the director MUST have had a vision that I just could not get. I mean, the actors were good (Erik Bennett, especially, was very real to me, and played Justing with depth and spirit), but the pace was miserable, the camera work was choppy and the staging was weak. I figured that he was, through the pain of the pace, trying to make adult incest an even more painful theme to contemplate, but come on, how much more painful can it be!??!!? This movie is not what it might have been, but that is due to the director imposing himself on his actors and on his script in ways that bogged it all the way down.
