I discovered this movie while looking at Paul Mercrucio's film biography, as I am an avid fan. I was very disappointed when all shots of any person in the movie are widescreen shots, or closeups on hands and feet. Enjoyable for the first three seconds, then boring. This movie tries to be both a movie and a documentary, and fails miserably. It comes up with something that doesn't pass as either. If you want to learn about Sydney, just go get a proper documentary. As personally having gone to Sydney, I felt that much of Sydney history was ignored as well in this documentary with preoccupation with the cardboard main character. To top of the cake, there was an extra feature on the DVD of an aboriginal story about a frog that drinks all the water in a billabong. Very frightening, unrealistic, and not entertaining. I am clueless as to what audience this movie is supposed to appeal to. Even my parents did not enjoy it, and they are very big history buffs.
