I'm at a loss for words when it comes to this short film, which I watched today because I was at a loss for time. Essentially, I was too busy to watch anything longer. No, I don't care that "at a loss for time" isn't really a saying, because it makes enough sense. It makes more sense than Love (1964).
This is about a woman who's very possessive of a man, and relentlessly pursues him and then what happens at the end I may have hallucinated. It's presented in an extremely rough-around-the-edges way that's nonetheless interesting and paints a uniquely twisted atmosphere.
It's extremely short, even for a short film, but it was such a deranged piece of animation that I think I sort of respect it, and may have even kind of enjoyed it. It's weird but kind of cool that it existed 60 years ago. It still exists now, I guess. It will always have existed. It is a strange idea and I don't know what to do with that information, and also don't know what else there is to say.
Watch it if you have a spare four minutes and want to feel confused for a little while.
