It is dark (night) when Jack is trying to get his car started and eventually does get it started, then when he is driving it is broad daylight.
When Katherine is walking around with the flashlight in the "dark" house, you can see her shadow on the walls from the lights used to film the scene.
When Jack is in his apartment and Charlene comes back, before he gets the law book you can see the sole yellow post-it note in place for the following scene when he is talking to the detective and reading from the law book.
When Jack tries to start his car towards the end of the movie, the motor turns over but won't start. He calls someone and tells them the battery is dead. If the battery is dead, the motor will not turn over.
