In "Shake Up in the Jungle", when Matt Medic and Wendy Waters land in the jungle, Matt Medic's hair goes from being matted, to his normal hair style, then back to matted, then to his normal hair style, then back to matted again. He would not have any time to fix his hair either, since the change is in the first four shots of when they are in the jungle.
In "Mayhem in the Mist", Wendy Waters' communication device goes from being on her left ear to her right ear then back to her left ear again.
In "Canyon Catastrophe", when the Rescue Heroes are giving their speech on mountain bike safety, Matt Medic's watch disappears in one shot then reappears in the next shot.
In "Mayhem in the Mist", Matt Medic's communication device on his head disappears in one shot and reappears in the next.
In "Flashback to Danger", when the Rescue Heroes are telling Rocky Canyon about their very first assignment, Ariel Flyer's outfit (in the flashback) goes from her "rescue" outfit (when they are exiting the elevator to go to their lockers to get their equipment) to her training outfit (when she is at her locker), then back to her "rescue" outfit again.
