Dimorphodon is depicted in the film as a feathered bird. It was in reality a flying reptile whose wings were made up of a skin membrane, and wasn't related to the birds.
The crocodiles that show up in the movie are labeled "mosasaurs". However, mosasaurs were actually fully water-bound animals that were close relatives of snakes and monitor lizards. They had fins, not legs like crocodiles.
When the baby Chasmosaurus hatches out of its egg, it's mistakenly identified as a "hadrosaur". Hadrosaurs were duck-billed dinosaurs, Chasmosaurus actually belonged to the horn-faced, parrot-beaked ceratopsians.
