During the car chase, Kumar knocks two henchmen drivers out their windshields. However in a wide shot, the drivers have mysteriously disappeared as well as the rest of the windshields.
When Kumar is chasing after the antagonist towards the end of the movie, one shot shows him on an open road. However after he knocks two henchmen drivers out their windows and the cars explode, one shot shows the cars exploding from a parking lot - where ironically Kumar is seen passing from behind the chaos.
The car windows on the antagonist's car are either missing or present, during the car chase.
During the final car chase, there are noticeable inconsistencies in the locations depicted. For instance, during a sequence where Kumar knocks over two cars, causing them to slide into several vans and explode, the setting initially appears to be an open road. However, a sudden shift occurs when the explosion spreads to parked vehicles in the distance, seemingly in a back lot, which then explode and are catapulted into the air.
When the bad guys fire their bazookas at the protagonist during the car chase, two missiles are shot out. Yet when the missiles hit two cars, the windshields crack in two different spots - making it appear there was more than one.
The antagonist falls off a hot air balloon fighting Kumar and lands hundred of feet below a lake; there would have been a very high risk of injury or even death in this case. Falling into water from 50 or 100 feet, or above, is like hitting concrete as the water cannot move away fast enough to let your fall be cushioned, as it is when you dive into a pool from a five-foot or ten-foot diving board.
When Akshay shows his pic of both Akshays, one of the Akshays is depicted wearing a black shirt, while both characters are consistently shown wearing white shirts throughout the film.
The wires pulling the two knocked over cars are momentarily visible between shots, during the car chase.
After a car comes crashing down adjacent to one of the trucks with Kumar managing to dodge it, the rope that Kumar holds onto in one shot is clearly floating in the air and not clinging to the car like it's supposed to - in most of the shots of the chase.
When the red and white cars are blown up, there are obviously no people inside the vehicles.
The red car that crashes into the white car clearly has a bent hood from the previous takes.
When both Akshays are talking, the screen randomly glares.
In many scenes, Akshay's lips don't match his dialogues maybe due to the dialogues changed in dubbing.
