      Vellanakalude Nadu movie which is a political satire based against municipal mafia in the form of Buildings. A comedy sub-plot of the movie was based on the short story The Engine Trouble by R. K. Narayan. The core plot line of lead pair's changing opinion over the years about the ethics to be followed in life was based on O. Henry's short story
