A realy good film with very good subject and real good performingf characters

It has an interesting subject. If there is Kemal Sunal in a movie, it is always enjoyable to watch.

Two patients of a mental clinic run away and they reach a distant snow isolated town which is expecting its judge and major. The people of the town sick of the overpricing and cheating salesmen and bandits embrace the insane but clever runaways as their judge and major.

Interesting piece of Turkish cinema adopted from a theater play named as "Buzlar Çözülmeden" meaning before the ices melt. The interesting part of the movie even an insane person can solve the problems with cheaters and bandits. In this movie Kemal Sunal is the star a performs well. The villains are also performing well and their characters are very well known to Turkish people.

A funny movie movie and morally just story about helping those at the bottom. I watched this movie as a child and then watched ut again 20 years later
